Oven Baked Chicken w/ Roasted Vegetables


4 Chicken Thighs
2 Broccoli Florets
2 Sweet Potatoes
1 Vidalia Onion
2 Tbsp. Parsley
2-3 Tbsp. All Natural Chicken Spice Rub
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Gather Ingredients.
Quarter cut then dice sweet potatoes to 1 1/2 in pieces. Slice onions. Cut broccoli by removing the stems then slicing away florets (tops).
Add to aluminum foil lined cookie sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Add thighs to a separate aluminum lined cookie sheet. Season chicken thighs with seasoning as pictured. Dice parsley and sprinkle liberally over the chicken.

Bake for 25 minutes at the same time with the roasted vegetables. Remove from oven plate, and serve. Wholesome, Simple and Delicious with Easy Cleanup!
