Easy Peanut Butter Cookies w/ Gluten Free Option…

Ingredients:

1 Cup All Purpose Flour
(Optional: Gluten Free Flour)

5 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
(Optional: Almond Butter)

1/4 Cup Sugar
(Optional: Unsweetened Applesauce)

4 Tbsp. Light Brown Sugar
(Optional: Raw Honey)

1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp. Salt
1 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 Egg
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Gather ingredients.
Using dough inserts, mix dry ingredients first. Add in wet to include vanilla, egg, and nut butter. Blend until a dough ball forms.
Roll into small balls and place on a nonstick cookie sheet.
Press with a fork vertically.
Press horizontally to the design above.
Bake for 7-8 mins.
Rest on cookie rack until cool and serve.
