Blue Corn Turkey Taco Salad


1/2 to 1 Lb. Cooked Ground Turkey w/ Taco Seasoning Packet
(Optional substitute: 1 Tbsp. Cumin. 1 Tbsp. Chili Powder)
1- 2 Cups Blue Corn Chips (5g Fat per serving)
1-2 servings Fresh Salsa
Mexican Four Cheese (Shredded)
Shredded Lettuce
Gather Ingredients. Prepare ground turkey and seasoning packet in a skillet with 2/3 cup water. Cook according to instructions provided on packet.
Build taco salad and serve as pictured.

Optional toppers Sour Cream, Fresh Avocado, Jalapeño, Cilantro, and/ or Freshly Chopped Onion. Super easy and delicious!
