Festive Halloween Cookies

A simple cookie dough recipe w/
Halloween treats… no tricks.
Yummy, moist, and delicious.
Halloween Candy
(M&Ms, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups or
Any Chocolate Variety)

2 1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 Cup Unsalted Butter
3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
3/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar (packed)
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 Eggs
1 Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Start by blending dry ingredients using dough inserts for the mixer.
Add in brown sugar and salt.
Add baking powder.
Blend evenly.
Soften the butter for 15-30 seconds in a microwave.

It’s ok if some melts away just
don’t let it fully melt down.
Add in the eggs and butter to the dry mixture.
Add vanilla extract.
Blend all until dough starts to form.
Use a wooden spoon to scrape the sides and blend until the consistency shown above.
Chop Reese’s peanut butter cups.
Form a nice little cave and
insert the peanut butter cups pieces.
Using a baking stone is a great way for the cookies to bake evenly.

Be as creative as you like with candies or keep it simple with just the chocolate chips.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.

Let cool on a cookie rack and serve.
Easy, festive, and delicious!
