



2-4 Salmon Filets
1 Bag Fresh or Frozen StirFry Veggies
2 Cloves Garlic Diced
2 TBSP Olive Oil
1 Cup Sesame Ginger Sauce (Homemade Recipe below or Store Bought)
Salt and Pepper
1 Lemon Zested & Sliced (Optional) Brown or White Rice (Optional)
Makes 2-4 Servings


















Homemade Sesame Ginger Sauce.
Ingredients: 2 TBSP Sesame Seed Oil, 1 TBSP Olive Oil, 1/4 cup Water, 2 TSP Rice Vinegar, 1 TBSP Agave Syrup, 1 Chili Pepper (cored and seeded), 1 TSP Sesame Seeds, 1 TSP Maple Syrup , 1/2 inch of Fresh Ginger chopped, 1-2 Cloves Chopped Garlic, 1 TSP Turmeric, Salt, Pepper to taste. Blend in a blender or hand mixer until well until combined. Refrigerate for up to 1 week.
