4-5 lb Whole Chicken
1 Red Bellpepper
1 Red Onion
1 Bunch of Broccolini
Spice Blend: Combine 1 TBSP of each: Garlic Powder, Kosher Salt & Pepper,
Dried Mustard, Paprika, Brown Sugar
1 Stella Artois Beer
Makes 4-6 servings.
Directions: Prep a cleaned whole chicken removing innards and resting upwards in a roasting pan. Pour the Stella Beer over the skin of the entire chicken. Season with the homemade spice blend and chopped veggies. Grill for 1 1/2 hours until chicken is done an internal temp of 170 degrees fahrenheit, removing the veggies as they perfectly char.
