Make Ahead or Right Before the Event




We’ve made this one for years and it’s always a hit!
Makes 8-10 Servings
Ingredients for 7 actually 9 Layer Dip:
1 Cup Salsa
1 Cup Prepared Guacamole
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Medium or
Sharp Shredded Cheddar 1/2 Cup Tomatoes
1/4 Cup Green Onions (Scallions)
1 Jalapeno (cored, cleaned, diced)
16 Oz Refried Beans
1 Package Taco Seasoning 1 TBSP Sliced Olives Tortilla Chips
Materials: Kitchen Torch, Bowl, Wooden Spoon, Knife, Casserole Dish w/ Lid.







Add more than a cup if preferred.








Makes 4-8 Servings
Ingredients for Jalapeno Stuffed Poppers:
4-5 Large Jalapeños (Cleaned, Cored, Halved)
2 Strips of Bacon
(Turkey Bacon for less sodium option)
1 Cup Sharp Shredded Cheddar
1 8 oz Pkg Cream Cheese
1 Cup Panko Seasoned Bread Crumbs 1 Egg
Salt & Pepper Ranch Dressing for Dipping
Materials: Air Fryer, Toothpicks







When ready to make, use the toothpicks and press two halves together with the stuffing sides touching.
