

Makes 2-4 Servings.

1 lb Steak (Preferably Filet Mignon) or 1 lb Chicken Breast or 1 -2 lbs Shrimp 1 Bag Fresh Stir fry Medley
1 Cup Jasmine or Basmati Rice
1/2 Cup Teriyaki Sauce,
Chicken or Beef Broth (optional)
1 TBSP Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper


For shrimp option, remove shells or tails as needed.

Take a saucepan and add 2 cups of water (or broth) Cook for the recommended timing. About 15 mins.

set aside.
In the last 5-6 mins bring the
wok or skillet back to medium high heat.
Add the vegetables and steak or
chicken and cook for the remaining time.
For shrimp, sear for 1-2 mins per side
and add back into the veggies after 4-5 mins.
