Easy Antipasto

A simple and fresh Mozzarella Caprese Recipe!
Made of all fresh ingredients perfect for a crowd or family while they wait for Sunday dinner to be served.

Fresh Mozzarella
(Sliced 1/2 inch thick)
Fresh Basil
1-2 Tomatoes
(Any Medium Sized Tomato,
Roma Preferred)
Balsamic Vinegar
Extra Virgin Olive oil
Salt and Pepper
Start by chopping basil.
Slice the tomatoes.
Plate tomato as pictured.
Lightly drizzle olive oil on top.
Top with 1-2 mozzarella slices.
Add the chopped basil.
Drizzle with some balsamic.

If you don’t have the vinegar try the balsamic salad dressing as a substitute.
So lovely.
Add a little salt and pepper.
Add to a nice serving tray and serve with olive oil, balsamic, and salt and pepper on the side for family members and guests.
