Pan Seared Halibut and Shrimp w/ Lemon Caper Sauce

Simple, Clean, and Delicious!
The perfect anytime or any occasion dinner.
Your tastebuds will love it and so will your family.
2-4 Halibut Filets
1 Lb. Shrimp
1-2 Cups Fresh Spinach
1 Lemon
2 TBSP Capers
Olive Oil
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper

Makes 2-4 Servings
Clean Filets and pat dry with paper towels.
Sprinkle filets with some kosher salt and pepper.
Add some oil olive to a pan and heat to high.
Add filets and sear for 2-3 minutes.
Flip and reduce heat and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Now set aside.
Lightly salt the shrimp, add a little pepper.
Smash and peel garlic.
Sauté one half of the garlic.
Toss in the spinach and cook for about 2 mins on medium heat.
Sprinkle lightly with kosher salt.
Remove from heat and cover.
In the same pan used for the fish add more olive oil and sear the shrimp on medium high heat for 1-2 mins.
Continue on the other side for 1-2 mins.
Set aside.
Now for the lemon caper sauce, halve and juice lemon.
Zest half of the lemon.
Toss in the 2 TBSP capers and some lemon zest.
Add in the lemon juice.
Sauté the remaining garlic and add the lemon caper mix.
Sauté for 1-2 mins.
Plate spinach.
Top with halibut and shrimp.
Drizzle with lemon caper sauce.
So pretty, now serve and enjoy!
