Mini Mac and Cheese Cocottes

Deliciousness in a smaller portion!
There’s nothing more wholesome than mac and cheese!
Baked to perfection!

Gouda Cheese
Extra Sharp Shredded Cheddar
8 oz. Uncooked
Elbow Macaroni
1/3 Cup Milk (Low-fat or Whole)
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper
1 Egg
Cooking Spray

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Makes 2 Servings.
Prepare the pasta according to package directions.
Scramble the egg.
Pour the elbow macaroni into a medium sized bowl. Add the egg mixture.
Chop some Gouda.
Add to the mix with 1/3 cup whole milk.
Stir and add salt and pepper.
Toss in some of the shredded sharp cheddar.
Spray cocottes with cooking spray and fill with macaroni mixture, leaving space at the top for extra cheese and to cover with lid.
Top with more cheese.
Cover with lids and bake
for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Remove the lids and bake for another 5 minutes.
Let sit for about 10 mins.

Great for date nights or for kids.
Be careful before serving that it’s cooled
enough before little hands touch it.
