Super Duper Strawberry Cheesecake


4 8oz Packages Cream Cheese
1 Sleeve Graham Crackers
1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter
Vanilla Extract
7 Eggs
1/2 Tsp Salt
Strawberry Glaze
Frozen or Fresh Strawberries
Optional: Whipped Cream
Start by melting the butter.
Rub the butter on the bottom of the pie dish.
Take the sleeve of Graham crackers and place in a food processor for about 1-2 mins.
Sprinkle only in the bottom of the dish.
In a mixer, add the cream cheese and sugar.
Cream sugar and cream cheese together on high until a smooth consistency.
Cut away about 1/3 of the lemon and juice.
Zest the other portion.
Pour the juice into the mixture.
Add the zest.
Add vanilla.
And the salt.
Pour over the cookie crumbs.
Bake in a 325 degree oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

When complete, let it cool and then place in the fridge overnight.
The next day, take the frozen strawberries and defrost.
Precut the cheesecake for easier access for your guests.

Top with strawberry glaze.
Slice the strawberries.
Garnish the top of the cheesecake.
Super fresh and delicious!
Serve chilled.
