How to Dry Peppers

Dry peppers are great for recipes. You can also sprinkle on as a topper for pizzas, salads, and various other favorites for some added spice and flavor.
Red chili peppers are a great option for crushed peppers.
You can use either ripe or peppers that are still fresh for dehydration.
You can dry them out the old fashioned way in a mason jar with no lid for a week or…
Try an air fryer with a dehydrate function.
It takes less time and you’ll get the same result.
Then simply take a spoon and crush the pieces to the desired size.
Sprinkle on your favorite foods and enjoy!
