Just juice and serve!

1-2 Bunches of Kale
1 Bunch Spinach
1 Large Apple
3 Carrots
1 Lemon
1/2 Tsp Ground
or Fresh Ginger

Makes 3-4 Servings
Be sure to clean all raw vegetables and fruits with water and a vegetable wash or mild food grade soap.
Juice kale
Quarter apple and add to the juicer.
Add the spinach.
Juice the carrots.
Halve the lemon. Slice half into full slices with a slit for garnish and juice the other half.
Toss in the 1/2 Tsp of Ground or Fresh Ginger.
Copper mugs makes this juice recipe even more inviting. They’re also fun to toast!
Or serve in glasses, frost for added flair,
garnish with lemon.
