Make Ahead Shrimp Cocktail


1-4 Lbs Large Cooked Shrimp
1-2 Lemons
Cocktail Sauce
Margarita or Martini Glasses
Place cocktail sauce in the bottom of the glass. Optional tartar sauce for guests who prefer.

Either serve as one or two large glasses for a small crowd or make individual glasses for each guest.

Place Shrimp into a bowl of ice water for 5 mins. Devein if needed. Leave tails on.
Dry shrimp on a paper towel
before transferring to glasses.
Slice lemons and cut a slit into each one to fit the glass(es).
Repeat for two to three for a small crowd or as many as you have for guests.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour.
Serve chilled.
