White and Milk Chocolate Peppermint Dipped Pretzels

An easy, salty, and sweet Holiday or anytime snack.
So tasty!
Ingredients:

2 Cups Pretzels
1 small bag Hershey’s Kisses
or Hershey’s Chocolate morsels
1-2 White Chocolate Baker Bars/ Blocks
1/2 cup Candy Canes/ Peppermint (Crushed)
Peppermint Extract
Create a double boiler by bringing
a stockpot up to a boil.

Lower heat to medium high
and add a large glass bowl.
Add chocolate kisses or morsels to the bowl.
Stir gently to help the melting process.
Add two to three drops of peppermint extract.
Once completely melted it
will become slightly darker.
Add the white chocolate and melt.
Add two to three drops of peppermint extract.
Stir until mixture is completely melted.
Carefully set both chocolates aside in separate bowls for easy dipping.

Dip pretzels discarding any broken pieces.
I prefer to dip one side leaving the other open for grabbing.
Take a mortar and pestle and finely crush the candy canes/ peppermint.
Dip each pretzel with chocolate and place on wax paper to cool.
Grab some sprinkles if preferred.
Red and green are festive.
Layer with some crushed candy cane/ peppermint.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Easy and fun especially for little helpers!
