Mini Garlic Knots

Easy and delicious!
A great anytime snack and fancy enough for a dinner party app.
1/2 Pkg. Puff Pastry (Thawed)
1-2 TBSP Flour
5-6 Garlic Cloves
Parmesan
Parsley
Olive Oil
Unsalted Butter/ Margarine
Pre-made Marinara Sauce for Dipping

Preheat Oven to 400 degrees.
Roll out puff pastry and cut into threes along the perforations.


Quick Tip: If frozen take a warm towel and wet with hot water. Remove the pastry from the box but leave the package on. Wrap the package in the hot towel and place it in the microwave at 30 second intervals until defrosted.
Cut into 9 sections.
Cut into 16 pieces.
Roll the dough into a long strip massaging flour into the dough to loosen it up.
Tie in a knot.
Pull loosely to close the loop but try not to pull too hard.
There should be space between for the knots to rise while baking.
Place on a foil lined cookie sheet.
Brush lightly with olive oil. Place in preheated oven for 12-15 mins.
Smash and mince garlic. Dice parsley.
Add the butter and olive to a small saucepan.
Add in the garlic and parsley.
Bring to a boil and reduce to simmer for 5-7 mins.
In the last 2 mins. Add the garlic parsley mixture to the knots.
Place back in the oven to cook for 1-2 mins.
Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Plate with marinara, serve, and enjoy!
