Quick and Easy Chicken Marsala w/ Pan Seared Green Beans

Fresh and delicious.
Pair with garlic mashed potatoes if preferred.

Chicken Breasts
Frozen Green Beans
Marsala Wine
Slice Portabella Mushrooms
All Purpose Flour for Dredging
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup Chicken Stock
2-3 Cloves Garlic
1 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
Kosher Salt
Combine dry ingredients for dredging.
For the prosciutto use thinly sliced.
Chop into strips.
Chop some parsley.
Chop garlic for the green beans.
Dredge Chicken Breasts.
Cook in a medium heat skillet with 1/4 cup olive oil for 5 mins per side.
Set chicken aside.
In the same pan add the prosciutto and cook for 2-3 mins.
Add mushrooms. Salt and pepper.
Add in Marsala.
Add chicken stock.
Add 1 Tbsp. Unsalted butter.
Add chicken back in.
Cook for a 2 more mins.
In a medium heat skillet cook garlic for 1-2 mins.
Add greens beans and cook for 5 mins.
Serve Marsala with charred greens beans.
