Penne w/ Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto

Quick and delicious.

Make ahead Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto
(See previous recipe)
1/4 cup Starch Water
Grated Parmesan Romano Cheese
Parsley (Garnish)
Remove the make-ahead pesto from the fridge. Wake up a bit by heating on low with a dash or two of olive oil.
Bring some water to a boil with a little salt and olive oil for the pasta.
Cook to al dente.
Reserve some starch water.
In a bowl combine pasta and pesto.
Slowly add in starch water and stir.
Top with Parmesan Romano and some Parsley.

(Optional) add some cooked chicken breast as a topper.

Plate, serve, and enjoy!
