Sesame Teriyaki Salmon w/ Pan Seared Red Potatoes and Green Beans

Tasty and Simple Ingredients.
Quick and delicious.
Ingredients:

2 Fresh Or Frozen (Thawed) Salmon Filets
Fresh Ginger
Green Beans
Green Onion
Red Potatoes
2 Tbsp. Teriyaki Sauce
2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Dice 2 Cloves Garlic.
Chop green onions.
Season Salmon with Salt and Pepper.
Sear skin side up for 2-3 mins.
Take a zester and zest some ginger.

Hint: Freeze ginger.
It holds well in the freezer and is easier to chop, grate or zest when needed.
Thinly slice potatoes.
Place salmon on foil lined cookie sheet.
Bake 7-8 mins.
In a medium heat pan, toss in some olive oil, sauté garlic for 1-2 mins.

Add potatoes. Cook for 2-3 mins.
Toss in greens beans.
Cover and cook on medium heat for 5-7 mins.
Combine sesame oil and teriyaki in a bowl.
Toss in some zested ginger and green onions.
After baking for 7 mins.
Top salmon with some of the marinade and bake for an additional 2 mins.
When the potatoes and green beans are ready season with a dash of salt, plate all as pictured above and serve.

Add remaining sauce as a topper if you like.
