Surf and Turf w/ Asparagus and Red Potatoes

Omit red meat for diet limitations
and/ or non-red meat option.
Ingredients:

1 Halibut Filet
1 Filet Mignon
1/2 Lb. Shrimp
1/2 Lb. Red Potatoes
1 Bundle Asparagus
3 Garlic Gloves (Diced and Halved)
1 Tbsp. Seafood Seasoning
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Salt
Pepper

A great option for the families with different diets. Choose both or just surf or turf it solo!
Makes 2-4 Servings.
Marinate the filet in Worcestershire Sauce
for 5-10 mins.
Top with salt & pepper.
Season potatoes with salt, pepper, and half the garlic.
Bake 20 mins.
Add asparagus and cook an additional 20 mins.
Cook filet based on taste.
Sear on both sides for 3-5 mins depending on the level of doneness you’d desire.
Season Halibut with salt & pepper.
cook for 2- 4 mins per side.
Sauté fish 2-3 mins. per side.
Season Shrimp.
Sauté for 2-4 mins per side.

Plate and serve.
