Quick and Healthy Kale Chips


1/2 Bag Kale
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Garlic Mill Grinder (or Garlic Powder)
Kosher Salt
Ziplock Bag

Makes 2-4 Servings
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Add kale, olive oil, 2 pinches of salt to a ziplock bag and shake to cover.
Place on a foil lined cookie sheet.
Grind garlic mill over kale.
Bake 10-12 mins.

You can tell it’s ready when pieces are crispy like chips, be careful not to over bake.
