Mini Margherita Flatbread

Delicious and simple.

4 Naan Bread Pieces
2 Roma Tomatoes
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
2 Cloves Garlic
Olive oil

Makes 2-4 Servings.
Smash and dice garlic.
Thinly slice Roma tomatoes.
Brush Naan with olive oil.
Add garlic.
Leaves slices whole of you like or slice in half.
Top with mozzarella cheese, tomato slices.
Add basil.
Add salt and pepper.
Bake for 10-12 mins.
