

1/2- 1 Lb Shrimp
1 Bundle Asparagus
1 Lemon
(Half Zest, Half Juiced)
Garlic
Parsley
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper






Bake for 8 mins.
While asparagus bakes, prep and sauté shrimp.

Some prefer to remove the tails and add salt but for this recipe it’s not needed.
Add the zest, lemon juice, garlic, and parsley to bring the flavor…
the tails are a flair so keep them if you like!
Sauté garlic for 30 seconds, add shrimp for 2-3 mins per side.

Plate and Serve.
