Barramundi w/ Lemon Mediterranean Shrimp and Wild Rice


2 Barramundi Filets
1/2 Lb. Shrimp
1 package frozen Green Beans
Wild Grain Rice package (any Variety)
1 Lemon
Mediterranean seasoning
Gather Ingredients.
Cook wild rice according to directions on package.
Finely chop parsley.
Mince garlic and halve.
Zest lemon and halve.
Juice the half and quarter cut the other for the garnish.
Season filets with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 mins. per side
Season Shrimp with Mediterranean seasoning, lemon zest. Heat olive oil in the same pan and cook on medium high until done 2-3 mins. Add lemon juice or a splash of white wine.
Top with parsley. When shrimp is done, plate and serve.
