

1 Lb. Turkey Meat
1/4 Cup Breadcrumbs
1/4 Cup Parsley
3-4 Cloves Garlic
1 Egg
Parmesan
Salt
Pepper


Mix together in a bowl all ingredients;
Turkey meat, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, and top with salt & pepper.
Remove jewelry and mix with clean hands until evenly incorporated.
Roll into even balls.
Low broil in oven for 6-8 mins.
Add to your favorite marinara sauce and cook for the remaining time. Plate with your choice of pasta.
Wine pairing with pasta dish; Pinot Noir, a northern Burgundy. Burgundy’s especially Pinot Noir have key flavors of violet, black cherry, and blackberry. Enjoy!
