2 Chicken Breasts 1 Can San Marzano Tomatoes 1 Bunch Basil 1 Tsp Sugar 1 Tsp Oregano Garlic and Herb Seasoning 4-5 Garlic ClovesMince garlic and add with oregano to hot pan with olive oil 2-3 mins. Add San Marzano tomatoes and crush into saucepan. While tomatoes cook down, dice basil and add to sauce. Throw in the sugar (cuts acidity) and cook for 10 mins. Bring a pot of water to a boil with salt and olive oil.For the chicken. Butterfly, trim, and tenderize.Season with salt, pepper, and seasoning on both sides. Sauté in skillet for 9-11 mins. During the last 3-5 mins add angel hair pasta and boil to al dente.
Plate chicken, pasta, and sauce as picture. Add Parmesan and serve.
