Herb Crusted Grilled Chicken w/ Garlic Parsley Infused Red Potatoes and Greens Beans


5-6 Chicken Thighs
2 Tbsp. Lemon Pepper
2 Tbsp. Garlic and Herb Seasoning
Red Potatoes
Green Beans
Unsalted Butter

Sides: Scallop Sliced Potatoes,
Garlic Green Beans

Trim excess fat from thighs. Chop parsley about 3-4 Tbsp. Preheat grill.
Season thighs and add 1/2 the parsley.
Cut small red potatoes into slices (scallop).

Grab fresh or frozen green beans. Dice up some garlic and halve.

The chicken will grill for 30 minutes until internal temp 165 degrees.

Midway through chicken cook time start the sides.

Add butter or olive oil and garlic to a medium skillet. Cook for 2-3 mins. until fragrant. Add potatoes salt and pepper, top with remaining parsley. Add 1/4 cup water and cook for 12-15 minutes.

Sear green beans in a grill pan for 9-11 mins adding in the remaining garlic while it cooks, add salt and pepper.

Plate and serve.
