This has been a household favorite for years! My son and daughter absolutely love it and even shouts the ingredients as we juice. We make it on occasion especially to feel super healthy!!
It’s refreshing and tasty…
Ingredients: 1-2 bunches of kale, 1 cucumber, 1/3 lemon or lime, 1 large apple or 2 small, 1-2 inches ginger. Juice all ingredients and serve. (2-4 servings)









a lemon slice or wedge and enjoy!
